These Rental Terms and Conditions, any documents signed by you or to which you have electronically consented, any documents or agreements (or links to online documents or agreements) sent to you electronically in connection with your rental, the Privacy Notice, and a return record with the computed rental charges together constitute the rental agreement (collectively, “Agreement”) between you and Almokaddam Rent A Car System, Inc., and any affiliate conducting business under the Almokaddam brand  “We”, “our”, and “us” means Almokaddam, and “you” and “your” means the person who signs the Agreement. You agree that you are not our agent for any purpose and that you cannot assign or transfer your obligations under this Agreement. You rent from us the Vehicle described in the Agreement, which rental is solely a bailment for mutual benefit. By renting a Vehicle from Almokaddam Rent A Car, you agree to these Rental Terms and Conditions, if such term is not prohibited by Applicable Law of a jurisdiction covering this rental, in which case such law controls. You agree that failure to comply with these Rental Terms and Conditions will constitute a breach of the Agreement. If you breach the Agreement, we may exercise all remedies permitted to us under this Agreement or by law, which include but are not limited to terminating the current rental, refusing to enter future rental agreements with you, and/or asserting claims against you for any damages we incur because of your breach.

You will need to make a security deposit by ” CASH ”  upon receiving your vehicle.

Minimum  amount (400 U.S $) if more you will be informed before your reservation.

The local Lebanese license or any international driving license with the local driving license of the issuing country  of residence in Arabic, English or French are acceptable.

• The additional driver must comply the requirements
• The additional driver’s name must be added to the contract

• The minimum rental period is ( 2days ) 48 hours
• The minimum rental period is 48 hours up to unlimited . For periods longer than 60 days you are entitled to  request a long-term rental quote where you will benefit from substantially reduced rates.

• Changes can be done to a reservation by contacting us via email or  by contacting one of our Customer Service members  on our hotline number 00961 76 649100.
• A reservation can be cancelled for no additional fees, by contacting our office by maximum 48 hours prior to the reservation.
• Summer, Christmas and new year holiday  reservations are NON REFUNDABLE.

• You have to inform us about the delay in picking up the car or the reservation will be considered cancelled if you are more than 2 hours late to your booking time
• In case your flight to Beirut is delayed we will still be waiting for you as our delivery management will be checking the flight monitors for any delay.
• For airport return always confirm the return time before reaching the airport parking.

•  In case of an accident inform us about the damage, accordingly we will provide you with the necessary support. unfortunately you will be responsible for the amount of the deductible.
• In case of a break down we will provide you with the necessary support and a replacement car directly.

Insurance policy for the rental cars

• You need to have a valid driving license, Passport / ID and the amount the total rental amount.
• Our  rental agent will assist you, provide you with your rental agreement, handle your payment, brief you about your car, do a visual inspection with you using a checklist and finally wish you a safe drive.

• When returning the car, it should be WASHED and CLEANED.
• Fuel like for like. (if there is any fuel missing when you drop the car off , you’ll be charged the cost of the missing fuel .
• In case of late car return exceeding 1 hour, a full day rental fee will be charged.
